Questions

All important information about your bookings with us at Haus Panzl in Saalbach can be found below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A deposit of 40% is due upon booking. This must be paid free of charge within 7 days.

Only cash payment is possible on site. We ask you to pay the balance on departure.

Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month before arrival will be charged 40% of the booking price. One month to 8 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount. If canceled 7 days or more before arrival, 90% of the booking price must be paid. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.

On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from approx. 2 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time before you arrive so that we can welcome you personally.

The apartment must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Unfortunately, your four-legged friends cannot go on vacation with us. Pets are not allowed in our apartment.

The Saalbach region offers so much for your vacation, so we want to give you an overview of the most important questions and answers here.

The ski bus is included in the ski ticket. This means you can use it at any time during your stay. The lines run between Viehhoffen and Hinterglemm at regular intervals. You can find more information here:

The nearest bus stop is only 50 meters away from our house. This means you can get to the public transportation system in just 2-3 minutes and then to the nearest lift – the Schönleitenbahn – in just 5 minutes.

The nearest bakery is only 5 minutes away by car. Roberts – Coffe & Bakery is open Monday to Saturday and provides you with fresh bread rolls and pastries.

There is a Billa in Saalbach and a Mpreis in the town center. Towards Hinterglemm there is a Mpreis and a Spar supermarket. The markets are also open on Sundays and public holidays and provide you with fresh food and everything you need for your vacation.

To the supermarkets

Free parking is available at the nearest cable car – the Schönleitenbahn. But beware, on nice days these are in high demand and it pays to travel by public transport. We do not recommend parking in Saalbach, as parking spaces are very limited and subject to charges. In Hinterglemm, on the other hand, free parking is available at the Westgipfelbahn, the Zwölferkogel and the Hochalmbahnen.

The Ski Alpin Card opens up completely new possibilities for winter sports. This ski pass includes 3 premium ski regions: The Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski circus, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun glacier ski area. You can buy tickets at all valley stations or online without any stress .

There are two doctors’ surgeries in Saalbach and Hinterglemm in case of a medical emergency. The nearest hospital in Zell am See is only 20 minutes away by car.

For minor aches and pains, our pharmacies in Saalbach and Hinterglemm will provide you with the necessary remedies.
